It is a riveting drama capturing the racial riots, which broke out in Germany more than 20 years ago. However, it reflects not only these old events but also the persisting problem of xenophobia, which is convulsing Europe with constantly growing intensity. The suggestively presented film uses camera in a highly original manner. It offers the ways in which three different participants of the riots see the same event. Besides the established German actors such as Devid Striesow (Time of Cannibals, 3, Downfall), the thrilling drama full of powerful acting performances also features the oncoming generation of actors: including Joel Basman or Jonas Nay.
